US Masters: Overview

WHO?  

    Swimmers at least 18 years of age to 118 years!

WHY?  

    To simply improve overall fitness or to train for national competition.

     If you want to stay fit, improve your strokes, meet new friends - CAQ Masters is the place.

WHEN? 

     5:30 - 6:45 AM every Mon-Wed-Fri

                             OR

    12:15 - 1:15 PM every Mon-Wed-Fri (times subject to change)
